1. Service Cancellations and Refunds
Consulting Services: Once a consulting session has been delivered or a technical audit has been completed, we do not offer refunds. We encourage our clients to communicate any concerns immediately so we can address them during the project phase.
Technical Implementation: For project-based implementation services, deposits or payments made are non-refundable once the deployment process has commenced.
Small Verification Charges: Please note that any nominal charges (e.g., £0.01 or £1.00) processed during payment method verification are non-refundable as they cover administrative processing costs.
2. Requesting a Refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund based on a service failure or error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date at Support@pattisonltd.co.uk. Your request must include:
• The transaction ID or Invoice number.
• A clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
• Proof of payment.
3. Processing
All valid refund requests will be reviewed by our management team within 5-10 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.
